Catchment area

Before filling out a registration form, check you are in our catchment area.

Patients are registered with the Practice, not with an individual GP.  You can at any time express a preference for a particular doctor, for either or all of your medical needs or on a case by case basis.  However, not all of the doctors based within the Practice provide all services, furthermore if requesting specific doctors, they  may not be immediately available.

To register

• fill out an online registration form
• visit reception and collect a paper registration form

All new patients are offered a health check with a member of the healthcare team to ensure that any required tests are up to date and that we have an accurate note of any repeat medication you may be taking.

It is vital that your personal details such as address, telephone number, mobile numbner, email address etc., are up to date in your medical records in case of emergency. Please ensure you inform our reception staff of any changes.
